Project Manager to lead a $20 million product transfer to our production facility in Costa Rica. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Quality/Regulatory teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory and quality standards.
  • Ability to collaborate globally and cross-functionally, effectively engaging teams across multiple regions.
  • Technical and business acumen to drive production transfers, product development, and process improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders and present to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering, and Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and design verification/validation.
