About The Position

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution driven Project Manager to support enterprise level go to market initiatives across our digital products, Caesars Rewards loyalty program, hotel and casino properties, and priority marketing launches. Reporting to the SVP, Brand Strategy & Marketing , this role serves as the connective tissue across Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, Business Development, Retail, Legal, Finance, Design & Construction, Guest Experience, Analytics, and Creative teams. You will ensure our most visible initiatives move from idea to execution seamlessly, on time, and with operational excellence. This is a highly cross functional role requiring exceptional project leadership, problem solving, communication, and the ability to influence without authority.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic project management (experience in the within hospitality, gaming, entertainment or travel industries is a plus).
  • Proven track record leading cross functional initiatives with complex stakeholder groups and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Expert in building detailed project plans, managing parallel workstreams, and driving clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communicator who can influence at all levels, especially when navigating competing priorities and cross functional dynamics.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable operating independently in dynamic, fast paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Adept at working with both creative teams and technical teams—and acting as the bridge between them.

Responsibilities

  • GTM & Cross Functional Program Leadership Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, helping drive prioritization, enterprise alignment, and operational readiness for complex launches.
  • Lead go to market planning for new product launches, feature rollouts, and major marketing campaigns driving clarity on scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Run cross departmental meetings, ensuring alignment, accountability, and rapid decision making across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable, detailed project plans with clear deliverables, owners, risks, and checkpoints.
  • Identify cross functional barriers early and proactively solve for them, often requiring influence, negotiation, and diplomatic escalation.
  • Manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously, from early scoping through delivery and post launch evaluation.
  • Oversee project budgets, critical paths, and risk mitigation plans ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
  • Enterprise Program Operations & Governance Develop scalable operating models, documentation, and governance frameworks that improve cross functional coordination and project efficiency.
  • Create structured reporting cadences, dashboards, and workflow systems to increase visibility, reduce ambiguity, and drive predictable delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen communication, and improve handoffs across the organization.
  • Evaluate GTM and marketing project performance, translating learnings into actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project workstreams.
