Requirements

  • End-to-end project management
  • Resource coordination
  • Risk management and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with installation and invoicing workflows
  • Basic project management skills, good communication, and organizational abilities
  • Advanced project management skills, strategic thinking and extensive experience in project management
  • Ability to multi-task between multiple high priority projects, leading larger more complex projects
  • Previous Sign or Equivalent Industry Experience, 5 plus years
  • Capable of Volume: $2 - $5 million
  • Travel may be required up to 5% - 10%

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all phases of the project and assures on-time delivery of projects
  • Contribute to proposal, onboarding, and delivery phases of initial contract and acquisition of order
  • Interpret code, review sign family and recommend art
  • Prepare proposals
  • Support project through engineering, manufacturing, installation and invoicing
  • Refer to designs and specifications, estimates, contracts, engineering drawings to timely direct sign projects
  • Manage communications between landlord, subcontractors, and permitting departments
  • Negotiates with subcontractors and establishes subcontractor guidelines
  • Issue Pos and Manage project costs
  • Oversee timely program close outs and accruals
  • Ensures all project information and status updates are posted to business systems, both customer's systems and internal systems, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain national level accounts independently
  • Oversees and manages project portfolios or specific regions or business segments of National level accounts or large-scale conversion projects
  • Mentor and provide guidance to PMIs and PMIIs
