Senior Manager, Project Management, Global Real Estate Reports to: Executive Director, Global Projects, Global Real Estate (GRE) Location: Alpharetta, Georgia | On-Site / Global The Senior Manager, Project Management is responsible for leading and executing NCR Voyix’s global real estate projects across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role manages the delivery of office fit-outs, relocations, consolidations, and rebranding initiatives in alignment with NCR Voyix’s corporate strategy, design standards, and operational goals. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Global Projects, this individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between internal business units, regional stakeholders, and external partners (including JLL, architects, contractors, and consultants) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within corporate real estate, with exposure to multi-region portfolios.
  • Proven success managing fit-outs, relocations, or consolidation projects exceeding USD $1M in capital value.
  • Experience working with global service providers (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield).
  • Strong financial acumen with proficiency in capital planning, cost estimation, and variance reporting.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards (LEED, BREEAM, WELL) and corporate design principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; familiarity with project dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of IT/AV, security systems, and lab infrastructure in workplace environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent real estate projects globally, from inception to completion, covering site selection, design, construction, technology, and occupancy readiness.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with approved Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and NCR Voyix governance processes.
  • Lead RFP and vendor selection in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
  • Drive consistent application of NCR Voyix Project & Development Services (PDS) Playbook standards, including documentation, risk management, reporting, and closeout procedures.
  • Ensure that signage, security, IT/AV, and lab-specific technical requirements are integrated into all project scopes.
  • Act as a key liaison between Global Real Estate, Finance, IT, Security, HR, and regional leadership teams.
  • Prepare executive-level project updates and performance dashboards for internal reporting to GRE and senior management.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., JLL, CBRE, design firms, and local legal counsel) to manage lease, construction, and compliance deliverables.
  • Track all project budgets and change orders, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial controls.
  • Support preparation of CAR submissions, cost forecasts, and variance analysis in coordination with Finance.
  • Validate vendor invoices against deliverables and maintain compliance with NCR Voyix’s contracting policies.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, global design standards, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including SOWs, risk registers, and lessons learned summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with regional health & safety standards, building codes, and NCR Voyix corporate policies.
  • Mentor and guide regional project managers and third-party teams in applying NCR Voyix processes.
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
