Create a better tomorrow with us! We are looking for an Project Manager for Electrical Products. This position reports to the Lead Project Manager, Project Management Organization. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute projects within critical hyperscale datacenter programs. This position is on-site with less than 20% travel required. Associate Project Manager must possess the following capabilities: Achievement & Results Orientation Able to identify complex problems, analyze options, and reach positive, effective, and practical solutions. Discernment Develop ability to cut through the clutter to see and address the real issues facing the Project Stakeholders Communication Effectively and efficiently communicate knowledge across functional areas both with internal and external Project Stakeholders Resourcefulness Exhibit creative ways to make things happen with less authority and fewer resources. Accountability & Responsibility for Results Understand the difference between fault and responsibility throughout the life of the project and accept ultimate accountability for project results. You will make impact with the following responsibilities: Associate Project Managers as required on high complexity, large-scale projects Accountable for commercial, technical, engineering, and scheduling aspects of intricate/highly technical electrical distribution equipment projects at the direction of the project manager Review quality documents and submit to project stakeholders Assists with external facing coordination of equipment deliveries with site personnel including general contractors and electrical contractors. Ensure efficient progression of orders from PO Submittal through on-site commissioning Promptly resolve post-shipment issues through prioritization and comprehensive communication strategies and manual line management Collaborate with entire order value chain to deliver exceptional customer experience Ensure all required project documentation is submitted according to required timelines and adheres to customer defined specifications Develop change order proposals as part of managing the overall project. Collaborate with team members to solve for complex technical design issues and challenges. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems. Complies with Siemens policies and procedures. Requirements

BS in engineering, construction, building construction management, business administration or general business.
2 plus years of experience in project management or project administration including direct industry (General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Electrical Equipment).
Experience with the application and concepts of Electrical Products.
Proficiency within Microsoft Office 365
Proficiency with PDF editing tools
Must be eligible to work in the US without no sponsorship now or in the future.

Maintains excellent organizational skills to store critical company and customer files including E-mails, Purchase Agreements, Contract Drawings and Specifications, Bid Proposals, Project Schedules, Meeting Minutes, Submittal documents.
Must be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
Demonstrates and applies leadership skills.
High level communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of project management processes.
Demonstrate and applies strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
