About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Project Manager who functions as a high-level problem solver and a relentless advocate for efficiency. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for a checklist; it’s for the person who builds the checklist, optimizes it, and then automates it. You will excel in this role if you possess a strong, innate aversion to waste and a deep curiosity about operational processes—specifically, what makes them work and what causes them to fail. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply managing project timelines; you will be tasked with diagnosing organizational bottlenecks and developing data-backed solutions to eliminate them. You are the catalyst for change, refusing to accept the status quo of "how we’ve always done it." Your role is to strategically streamline operations, eliminate team frustration, and ensure our business maintains a competitive edge by proactively implementing superior processes.

Requirements

• Experience & Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management/Continuous Improvement role.
• AI Fluency: You have an entry-level understanding of AI. You know how to use AI tools to improve your own productivity and can identify where AI might solve a process bottleneck.
• Technical Savvy: You are comfortable handling data. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be "dangerous" with Excel/BI tools and able to fulfill data requests accurately.
• The "Quick Study" Factor: You have a proven track record of entering unfamiliar territory and becoming a subject matter expert in short order.
• Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex, unstructured data (like call transcripts) and operational workflows to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Direct experience in the debt relief or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or call center analytics software.
• Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus, but your ability to get things done is what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Execute & Deliver: Own the lifecycle of assigned CI projects from initial scoping to final delivery. You aren't just making suggestions; you're making changes.
• Data Stewardship: Act as the point person for data requests. You will partner with our Business Intelligence Team to pull, analyze, and interpret data to validate project impact and identify new opportunities for optimization.
• Autonomous Operation: Manage your own desk. We trust you to prioritize your workload and pivot when business needs shift without needing a daily roadmap.
• Modernize Workflows: Partner with our AI Center of Excellence to identify areas where entry-level AI tools (LLMs, automation, or basic predictive models) can eliminate manual "busy work."
• Continuous Learning: Stay curious. Whether it’s a new software tool or a shift in industry standards, you’re expected to learn the ropes quickly and teach others.
