About The Position

We are seeking a structured, analytical, and execution-focused Continuous Improvement & AI Project Specialist to support DTFS North America transformation initiatives. This role combines continuous improvement, project coordination, and AI enablement across end-to-end financial services processes, including Operations, Risk, Finance, IT and HR for all North America Markets. The Specialist will drive structured project execution while identifying and implementing process optimization and AI-driven improvement opportunities that reduce operating costs, accelerate cycle times, enhance cash flow, and strengthen operational stability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in structured environments.
  • Working knowledge of Lean or process optimization concepts.
  • Basic understanding of AI, automation, or data analytics in business environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience tracking KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential financial and customer information appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Financial Services processes and regulations
  • Familiarity with workflow tools, reporting platforms, or AI-enabled systems.
  • Experience working in cross-border environments (U.S., Canada, Mexico).
  • PMP, Lean, or similar certification.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement Execution Map and analyze end-to-end financial services processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Apply Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies to reduce rework, manual effort, and cycle time.
  • Support process harmonization across U.S., Canada, and Mexico to reduce complexity and improve scalability.
  • Track and report KPIs aligned to COO priorities (e.g., cost per transaction, SLA adherence, productivity, portfolio metrics).
  • Project Management & Delivery Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives across Operations, Risk, Finance, IT and HR
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Track deliverables and ensure initiatives remain on scope, on time, and aligned to measurable value targets.
  • Support Operational Readiness for system implementations, workflow redesign, and AI deployment.
  • Prepare structured executive-ready presentations and progress updates.
  • AI & Automation Enablement Identify operational processes that can be improved through AI-supported analytics, workflow automation, or predictive modeling.
  • Partner with AI and IT teams to support AI use-case development Assist in building business cases for AI initiatives, linking operational improvements to financial impact.
  • Monitor adoption and performance of AI-enabled solutions to ensure measurable value realization.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure business readiness for AI-driven workflows.
