About The Position

Reporting to the plant leadership team, you will develop implementation plans and standards and lead planning and implementation for critical improvement processes. You will coach plant resources on improvement methodologies, provide training, qualify resources, and track progress to support operational excellence. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Comply with all company safety policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. Follow good manufacturing practices, including waste disposal, attire, grooming, and hygiene. Implement projects that reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, or increase operational efficiencies. Facilitate project team meetings to ensure accountability and adherence to deadlines. Coach employees on the implementation of project deliverables. Track project cost savings using the Accolade software system. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline preferred. 3 or more years of experience in continuous improvement. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Project management experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
