About The Position

Bohler’s Tampa, FL office is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction Administration, to lead Construction Administration (CA) efforts across multiple offices. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee project execution, financial performance, and team development while partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll ensure that projects are built efficiently, safely, and profitably, delivering the quality and service Bohler is known for. This leadership position blends project management, business strategy, and client engagement. You’ll travel regionally to support teams, evaluate sites, strengthen relationships, and ensure the success of major land development projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in construction administration, construction management, or land development design.
  • Proven success leading large-scale projects from design through construction.
  • Strong understanding of phasing, constructability, and coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, financial management, and client relationship skills.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to mentor others and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Engineers, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee Construction Administration (CA) for large-scale projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients, providing technical guidance and resolving challenges.
  • Drive financial performance across projects, monitoring budgets, profitability, and accounts receivable.
  • Conduct constructability reviews, phasing plans, and risk assessments to support design and delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, surveyors, geotechnical engineers, and municipal agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Resource Group (TRG) and regional offices to align standards and ensure project quality.
  • Lead business development initiatives, expanding client relationships, and promoting CA services across Bohler’s footprint.
  • Develop training programs to strengthen construction administration knowledge across teams.
