About The Position

Kforce's notable client is looking for an Abatement Project Manager to come join either their Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR teams. This role is 4 days on site - 1 day remote.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Sustainability, or related field
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience as a Project/Program Manager with technical expertise, project management, and project delivery
  • Experience working with diverse, global suppliers
  • Experience working with large datasets & simplifying complex concepts to make executive-level business decisions
  • Experience with communication, presentations, and relationship management with various groups and levels within the organization
  • Knowledge and application of Change Management methodologies across a global organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent
  • Experience with low-carbon technologies, industrial decarbonization, energy transition plans, and semiconductor sustainability is considered an asset
  • Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert in various semiconductor abatement technologies and maintain industry expertise as the ecosystem continues to evolve over time
  • Drive Labs' sustainability projects in partnership with the ESG team, including emissions reduction strategies, energy reduction plans, and green technology implementation
  • Participate in Cross Functional Team (CFT) and provide inputs on future products to support organizational growth and technology improvement
  • Evaluate diverse suppliers to assess their solutions to solve environmental technological challenges
  • Partner with engineers to understand process and system requirements and deliver enhancements based on a changing technology landscape
  • Own and measure the success of projects to ensure program schedules, performance metrics, and delivery meets business requirements on time and within budget
  • Run Continuous Improvement projects, from inception to impactful results
  • Perform data collection and statistical analysis, and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables
  • Influence cross-functional teammates to continuously improve the process and inspire alignment
  • Deliver change management for programs that are sustainable and maintain long-term success
  • Successfully navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment
