Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our mission-driven organization. This is a senior executive administrative support role. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting executive leaders in overseeing administrative tasks, including scheduling, events, and coordinating additional efforts in support of business objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and can thrive with little direction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so excellent written and verbal skills are essential.

  • Bachelors plus a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support position.
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling needs of key leadership personnel.
  • Take meeting notes, organize projects and ensure follow ups are tracked for executive leaders.
  • Support executive leadership travel.
  • Support in person team engagement at the office, including support for new hires onboarding to the team.
  • Manage key actions and projects for executive leadership.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure project progress and follow-up.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
