Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen required; must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Travel up to 50% to support program needs, including onsite activities at hospitals/clinics and trainer observation.
  • Must be able to work variable hours, including nights and weekends, as program demands require and allowed by local regulations.
  • Those residing in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area and within 50 miles of the Oracle location are not eligible as a remote worker.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or mix of equivalent experience and education.
  • 2–4 years of experience in learning operations, training program support, curriculum development/instructional design, education coordination, and/or project coordination (project management experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure with rapid turnaround needs; strong prioritization and follow-through.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong recall for names, numbers, and status-driven work; highly organized.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis/reporting, formulas, pivot tables preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting via conferencing platforms and communicating with varied stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to learn and use Oracle proprietary tools effectively and follow defined processes/standards.
