JOB SUMMARY: This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Case and Order Establishment process, reporting to the Business Process Owner. This is a highly responsible position that will serve as team lead, manage the process operational plan, and coordinate projects and activities. Duties also include Business Process Owner activities for assigned processes by providing independent and complex consultative functions and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving the process.
