About The Position

In this role as a Project Coordinator Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for: Utilizing Jira and Confluence support project teams with loading data, formatting templates, and creating job aides Supporting project management and consultants by reviewing deliverables due and following up on financial updates Working with consultants as needed on updating utilization to be able to report on financials timely.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs
• Current holder of a Workday certification(s)
• Master level accounting skills
• Strong attention to detail and strong Excel skills
• Ability to create job aides and manage getting updates on deliverables
• Jira and Confluence experience.
