Role Our portfolio of offices and showrooms is expanding rapidly worldwide, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Architect to lead the charge. In this role, you’ll oversee design development, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration—ensuring every project is delivered with precision, innovation, and impact. With ZURU’s global growth spanning North and South America, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand, you’ll spearhead 15+ high-profile projects, shaping the spaces where we welcome top-tier retail partners and showcase our game-changing innovations. Your work will directly influence ZURU’s global success, bringing our energy, creativity, and ambition to life through world-class commercial spaces. This leadership role requires strong architectural background, excellent management skills, and a passion for creating functional, and aesthetically inspiring spaces.

Requirements

  • Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch).
  • 8+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on commercial, tenant improvement or ground-up construction.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing architectural teams.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of TI projects, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project delivery.
  • Develop and implement studio processes and best practices to optimize project outcomes and team performance.
  • Lead the design and execution of commercial projects, ensuring that all architectural solutions meet both client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve all design work, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Lead stakeholder presentations, meetings, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and address stakeholder concerns and challenges, providing strategic design solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
