Senior Project Analyst (Onsite)
About The Position

This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position based in Richardson, Texas (Cityline Bldg.) will provide analytical and program support for an IPT on a variety of tasks. Plan, compile, format and manipulate technical/analytical data. Interpret and maintain program requirements for project repositories. Track tasks and requirements to ensure the teams are on target to meet their deadlines. Serves as the focal for analyzing data, creating and presenting program metrics.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast staffing and resource metrics and analysis
- Baseline and Change Management process adherence and documentation, including metrics
- Creation and Management of metric dashboards to automate metrics update through Power BI or native tools (JIRA, JAMA, CAMEO, etc.)
- Set up new databases and rulesets for onboarding and audits
- Management of process (Audit, Updates, metrics setup) of databases for JIRA, ALM, JAMA, SVN, etc.
