About The Position

ImagineX is a tech company that deploys AI-assisted teams to build and secure mission-critical enterprise solutions with our clients – spanning software, cybersecurity, data, and AI. Our dedicated teams specialize in software, data, and AI across the U.S. and LATAM, bridging the gap between boutique agility and enterprise scale. We're hiring a Senior Program Manager who will be driving successful delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical execution, and maintaining strong communication and governance throughout the engagement lifecycle. This is a 100% remote role (must be located in the US), full-time with competitive salary, bonus, 401K, and more.

  • Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking against scope and contractual commitments
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, proactively removing obstacles to ensure on‑time and high‑quality delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure teams remain aligned with client goals, timelines, and expectations
