About The Position

In this role, you will be working with a team size of 20-25 people divided across multiple projects and workstreams, focusing on the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology projects within Ethernet and Connectivity domains. This role involves planning, execution, and delivery of projects in an Agile environment, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of experience managing multiple projects and workstreams for the Ethernet and Connectivity domains.
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships, client management.
  • Competency with office systems, skills, and software including MS Office suite, (Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Competency with Program Management systems, skills, and software including Jira, Smartsheet, etc., Strong technical aptitude to evaluate risks and collaborate with development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management: scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and delivery planning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, QA, vendors) and remove roadblocks.
  • Support Product Owners in managing expectations and stakeholder communication.
  • Utilize Agile tools (e.g., Rally, Jira) and practices to manage projects effectively.
  • Act as the single point of contact for project status and facilitate meetings.
  • Apply risk management and contingency planning to resolve issues.
