Leidos is hiring a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to provide support of Major Construction Planning, Programming, and Major Programs across the United Kingdom. Leidos will provide the personnel and services for planning, requirements documents, coordination with installation agencies, headquarters elements, host nation and contractor personnel for the effective execution of work and inspection services. Location: United Kingdom Responsibilities: Administer all task order requirements. Be the single focal point for all Leidos and correspondence. Provide clear and consistent written and verbal response to stakeholders within 12 business hours of initiated communication (e.g., return phone calls, emails or other correspondence). Responsible for ensuring the planning, construction site visits, quality verifications, and integrated planning schedule are maintained to ensure the major project program is managed in accordance with the Project Management Institute's Standard for Program Management, 4th Edition and the Project Management Body of Knowledge from the owner/users perspective. Responsible for the quality of project programming and planning products produced by the team and ensure they are compliant with provided the Instructions and Handbooks. Ensure furnishings and fit out planning is accomplished and shall ensure the requirements packages are prepared and delivery/installation scheduled to align with project/program milestones. Serve as the lead for the project/program management team to deliver the program on schedule, within budget, and within scope. Interface daily and be collocated with the UK program management team and partner with them to deliver the program. Ensure site visits are conducted during construction by the team and ensure the construction is following the design intent and will satisfactorily meet the requirements, standards and codes. Must be familiar with all applicable (1) federal, state, and local statutes, instructions, manuals, handbooks, regulations, guidance, policy letters, and rules (including all changes and amendments), and (2) Presidential Executive Orders, in effect on the date of issuance. Must be familiar with all applicable United Kingdom statutes and agreements.
