The Asset & Capital Management (A&CM) Division leads NYCHA’s capital, sustainability, and resiliency programs, overseeing a $6 billion capital projects portfolio. This division focuses on preserving and modernizing buildings through strategic planning, design standards, innovative financing, and effective program and project management, while also piloting sustainable and resilient technologies to improve resident quality of life and building performance. The A&CM Division operates with a strong customer service-oriented, collaborative, and delivery-focused work culture. The Chief Asset & Capital Management Officer (CACMO) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to design, plan, and manage special projects initiated by the Office of the CACMO. These projects aim to enhance A&CM strategy and operations, problem-solve critical issues, and involve developing new business strategies, policies, processes, and supporting technology, data, human resources, and training. The role requires strong analytical structuring, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and significant coordination with cross-departmental, cross-divisional, and external senior stakeholders to build buy-in and facilitate effective implementation. The Senior Program Manager will also handle high-priority requests and urgent coordination needs for the CACMO's Office.
