About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead diverse programs spanning the United States Air Force (USAF), United States Space Force (USSF), and other space-centric government organizations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills as well as the ability to manage complex contracts across multiple stakeholders and organizations. Requirements

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, preferably within the DoW and space domain.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven ability to develop new business within current program portfolios
  • Proven ability to foster strong corporate culture

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials.
  • Experience working directly with USAF, USSF, or other space-centric government organizations.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, small business or agile program environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership of diverse programs across USAF, USSF, and other space-centric government organizations.
  • Assist with the stand-up of new contract teams to ensure long-term success.
  • Develop and execute program strategies, schedules, and documentation to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
  • Advise technical program leaders, providing guidance and program management best practices.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with program goals and requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional quality of delivery across multiple government contracts.
  • Track program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and risk data, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver briefs, decision packages, and reports for senior government and organizational leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop effective solutions to complex challenges, and ensure program success.
  • Foster a culture of appreciation, collaboration, innovation, and excellence within program teams.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with USAF, USSF, and other government organizations.
