Are you interested in solving complex problems at the intersection of both tech and non-tech stakeholders? You will be a part of the Workforce Staffing (WFS) team and will partner closely with Field Operations and Technology teams to scale optimization mechanisms with a focus on capacity planning. The Project Manager for the WFS Field Optimization team will lead HR Operational projects to ensure the smooth execution of multiple programs and initiatives. You will drive the creation of mechanisms and best practices, and be responsible for aligning the needs cross functional across multiple teams. Successful candidates will have experience working with both tech and non tech teams, have excellent problem solving abilities, and are able to influence without authority across all levels of the organizational hierarchy. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, communication and analytical skills; the ability to drive decision making while challenging the status quo; and experience driving large scale, matrixed global projects that have significant impact on the customer and wider organization. This role has a continuous improvement charter, which includes responsibility for improvements to processes, programs and projects, and for representing the interests of WFS Field and our candidates to influence large-scale change with central teams. In this role, there will be a strong emphasis on using data and having an analytical lens from both datasets and feedback from stakeholders to enhance the value of our offerings.
