If so, you will have success on one of our dynamic teams. A role within the GSCL Workforce Management Team means putting the team member experience at the center of what we do across the network. This team will work towards deploying a greater hourly workforce across previously existing boundaries to exceed the guest experience, enable an agile workforce where TMs have the flexibility in how they work, when they work, and where they work. And, increased efficiency + reduce risk and expense through WFM solutions. Specifically, the team will drive and govern major cross-functional multi-year outcomes to support Target’s total enterprise workforce efforts. This role will work in service to the enterprise workforce management strategy. The team will work cross-functionally with internal GSCL team and supporting partners in order to coordinate, organize, and lead WFM dependencies. The role will work alongside Senior Leaders, Product Teams, and Business Experts to remove current roadblocks and align total GSCL WFM strategy. It will also anticipate dependencies and future areas of conflict that may arise during large scale implementations and is required to work to proactively remediate the impact. This role will primarily support Food Distribution Centers for WFM inclusive of forecasting, scheduling, and operating model capabilities. Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience within a Food Distribution Center or within a Food Supply Chain organization
  • Experience with organizational models and/or workforce management solutions
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to think in terms of future state, challenge the status quo, and identify path from current state to future state.
  • Highly flexible and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross – functional partnership and alignment from multiple business teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; Navigates executive conversations and interactions with clarity and impact
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
