Own end-to-end delivery for streaming features supporting global live events Operate autonomously with full ownership of assigned initiatives Drive execution across product, design, video engineering, and platform teams Manage dependencies across frontend, services, and backend systems Identify risks early and drive resolution without constant escalation Shift from development delivery into live operational support as events approach Support flexible hours during testing, launches, and live operations

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on program or technical project management experience
Experience delivering consumer streaming or digital media products
Proven ability to manage high-visibility initiatives independently
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, execution-heavy environments
Program delivery for large-scale streaming or DTC platforms
OTT application experience across web, mobile, and living room devices
Agile software delivery with multiple parallel workstreams
Exposure to video streaming pipelines and application ecosystems
Risk, dependency, and timeline management for live or time-sensitive releases
