Shape the success of projects Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, Finance, and external partners to finalize and implement high-value AI infrastructure agreements. Seeking a Senior Program Manager to enhance efficiency, coordination, and delivery throughout these initiatives.

Requirements

Have 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic deal operations, or enterprise cloud infrastructure environments
Excel at bringing order to ambiguity, quickly understanding complex stakeholder landscapes and creating simple, effective structures for getting work done.
Align people, decisions, and information effectively to connect and amplify efforts, driving opportunities forward without doing all tasks independently.
Have executive communication skills and comfort operating in high-visibility environments
Have a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority

Responsibilities

Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration for large GPU and AI infrastructure projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and execution of a unified strategy.
Acting as coordination point and partner to project sponsors, bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to ambiguous, high stakes opportunities and programs.
Facilitating high-speed deal cadences through sessions, checkpoints, and executive reviews, ensuring efficient, informed decisions for technical and commercial teams.
Facilitating collaboration among Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Finance, Operations, and external partners to define scope, tradeoffs, and scaling strategies for customers.
Identifying risks, gaps, and cross-team issues, ensuring follow-through and resolution instead of merely reporting concerns or challenges.
Removing obstacles across technical, commercial, and organizational areas while ensuring clear executive visibility into pursuit status, risks, and critical decisions.
