About The Position

Abnormal AI is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Product Marketing to scale the impact of our Product Marketing team as we redefine cybersecurity with AI. In this role, you will own and evolve our go-to-market launch process, manage the team’s Asana backlog, and support PMMs in executing large cross-functional initiatives. Beyond launches, you’ll build repeatable workflows for key programs—such as analyst report promotions—that help the team move faster, collaborate effectively, and deliver consistent impact. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates seamlessly from executives to ICs, and builds scalable processes that drive results. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program operations, launch management, or marketing program management (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise with project management tools; strong proficiency in Asana is highly preferred
  • Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Workato) to support project planning, content creation, and process optimization
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and remove blockers
  • Proven adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting updates to executives and aligning distributed teams
  • Strong organizational skills and passion for efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution on launch readiness plans
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for major initiatives
  • Communicate launch plans, milestones, and risks clearly to stakeholders and executives
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identify dependencies and risks early, creating mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Evolve and improve the launch process through retrospectives, sharing learnings with leadership to inform future programs
  • Oversee creation and distribution of key seller assets, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with GTM needs
  • Establish and/or improve workflows and processes for product marketing in coordination with the program management committee to ensure clear communication and efficiency across all of marketing.
