Ensures programs are managed to compliance and company/customer standards. Manages allocation of internal and external resources to meet implementation demand signal. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and Ryder Executive Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- Eight (8) years or more experience Relevant work experience
- Five (5) years or more experience Related experience in Project Management
- Five (5) years or more experience 3-5 years in a Supervisor or Managerial role
- Project management skills.

- Startup warehouse operations leadership, knowledge, and experience in large DC's is preferred to support startup operations
Responsibilities
- Supports business start-ups for large and complex programs
- Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to assigned staff
- Develops department goals to maintain optimum efficiency
- Provides input and performance goals
- Implements strategic policy when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards
- Interact with multiple levels including Executive Management within Ryder and client organizations
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
- Manages a team of professional level employees.
- Develops direct reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.
