Our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization is focused on bringing that vision to life for our customers, partners, and communities. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive execution of Collibra’s most critical GTM initiatives. In this role, you will bring structure, accountability, and visibility to cross-enterprise programs that align directly to our annual objectives. You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Solutions and Services, Marketing, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Partnerships, Product, Finance and the People Team to ensure we deliver measurable outcomes with consistent execution that unlock growth. This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team. Sr. Program Managers at Collibra are responsible for Program Ownership: Leading a portfolio of GTM programs that accelerate Collibra’s growth, customer adoption, and market impact. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partnering with senior leaders to define business cases, success metrics, and execution plans that connect to company-wide priorities. Structured Execution: Building program frameworks, setting milestones, and tracking dependencies to ensure predictable, consistent delivery. Accountability & Transparency: Establishing governance and reporting cadences that provide executives with clear visibility into progress, risks, and results. Problem Solving: Anticipating risks and blockers; designing solutions that enable leaders and teams to stay focused on outcomes. Change Leadership: Driving communication and adoption strategies that help GTM teams embrace new programs, tools, and processes. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Defining and monitoring KPIs, leveraging data to assess program health and inform adjustments over time.
