In this role, you will create and run a rotational program for engineers who are just starting their careers. We are searching for someone who is eager to help others, is passionate about developing people early in their careers, and who will act as a guide and advocate for those participating in the program. Using your understanding of HWE and all of its business functions, you will help us design a program that will work across different engineering disciplines. Once leadership is aligned on the plan, you will then own the execution — from concept to completion — while ensuring all key stakeholders are able to provide feedback and insight along the way. You should be able to effectively prioritize, drive decisions, and problem solve while working both collaboratively and individually. You will also need to use data to track the efficacy of the rotation program, implement methods of collecting feedback, and apply what you learn to continuously iterate, change, and improve the program over time. You should be comfortable influencing a diverse and passionate group, ranging from executives to those early in their careers.
