We’re looking for a data oriented, systems minded, and creative Early Carer Program Manager to help run and and improve our intern and early career full-time programs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining tools and databases, improving onboarding/offboarding and other workflows in partnership with our People Analytics and Automations teams, and program managing early career initiatives. Additionally, you’ll support campus strategy and execute campus and post hire events. You will work with manager guidance to ensure our programs are high-performing, reliable, and backed by data integrity. Whether you’re launching a new campus pilot or optimizing an existing intern process, your focus will be on operational excellence and great candidate and intern experience.
