Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to supporting a Retail Real Estate Program Management & Operations (PMO) team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, primarily supporting the Preservation (Facilities) team with occasional cross-over into development workstreams. This is a hands-on program management role for someone who thrives on identifying operational inefficiencies, driving cross-functional coordination, and turning data observations into actionable programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong facilities management or store operations background and can hit the ground running on a wide variety of initiatives -- from process improvement to program development on topics such as vendor performance or specifications with reoccurring repairs.
