POSITION OVERVIEW Effective program management is critical to the evolution and success of the Exos team supporting a large, global client. Specifically, the ability to organize, refine and share information across an evolving portfolio in-person services and experiences. This role is highly cross-functional, and sits at the intersection of business, operations, technology, and human performance. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an adaptable landscape and produce results in a dynamic and somewhat unpredictable environment. This person needs to have demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to interface with a client. Team leadership and program management expertise are a must. As a Program Manager you will be a key member of the On-site team working to ensure that all programs, systems, and processes are operating efficiently globally. This position reports to the Bay Area Regional Director.
