Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and execute all INR and Trauma education activities across EMEA, including peer-to-peer programs, faculty-led training labs, and bioskills labs.
Collaborate with training program leads, managers and sales teams to coordinate agendas for various programs, and ensure timely distribution of program agendas and logistics
Partner with regional sales teams to develop and deliver impactful educational programs that align with business priorities.
Integrate INR (Imaging, Navigation & Robotics) content and technology into existing Spine programs.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and faculty to support course design, agenda development, and surgeon engagement.
Ensure consistency and quality in program content and delivery across all EMEA education events.
Manage logistics and coordination for programs, including budgets, venue selection, and faculty scheduling.
Partner with Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure all educational programs meet internal and external standards.
Budget projection/cost control knowledge, management and reconciliation of program budgets.
Collaborate with U.S.-based education teams to align global education strategy and share best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior education team members as needed.
Represent Globus Medical at education programs, surgical training labs, and key events throughout the EMEA region.
