The Sr. Program Manager, Central Selection will be responsible for business line ownership , communicating requirements, and setting strategy for continuously improving tools, science and methodology used to execute a robust selection strategy across WWGS. The Sr. PM will own the strategy and framework to enable improved, more automated selection decisions, including regional/local selection. This role works closely with Category, Product, Tech, and BI Teams to build tools (i.e. Multi-metric ranking models), drive improvements, discover opportunities and present recommendations to business partners and management. This role combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to create and implement location-specific selection frameworks that optimize both customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of technical concepts. You can operate independently, think strategically, analyze data, influence others, and provide strong customer service support. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent, and exceptional communications are essential to success in this role.
