  • Deep expertise with financial market data, including security master, benchmark, corporate actions, and reference data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint; strong command of project and process documentation standards
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex technical and data topics for senior business audiences and vice versa
  • Neuberger is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior escalation point for program issues, facilitating resolution across business and technology leadership
  • Lead discovery engagements with senior stakeholders to surface strategic business challenges and define transformational solutions
  • Architect current-state and future-state process models for complex, end-to-end asset management workflows spanning portfolio management, order management, risk, and client reporting
  • Drive requirements definition for large, ambiguous initiatives — decomposing strategic objectives into actionable workstreams, epics, and user stories
  • Serve as a subject matter authority on how data flows, integrates, and creates value across the investment lifecycle
