About The Position
The Senior Program Manager supports the Managers, Directors and Medical Directors in strategy development, feasibility assessment, implementation and ongoing management of key programmatic development initiatives. Program initiatives assigned cover a broad spectrum to include: new services feasibility and development; quality assessment and improvement; financial performance; facility, equipment and supply needs; new technology assessment; and, market evaluation and communications. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
- Master's Degree in Health Administration or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
- 6 years of progressive responsibility in project/program management preferably in a health care setting.
- Extensive experience in health care with proven track record in project management and development.
