About This Role We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead Carrier’s OT Cybersecurity Program—a multi-phase initiative designed to secure our global manufacturing and industrial environments. This role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure to implement a multi-phase network segmentation strategy worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring deep project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for operational excellence in cybersecurity and infrastructure transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience engaging directly with senior executives/C-suite, with executive communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-site, global projects in industrial operations.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• PMP, Agile PM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain program roadmap aligned to cybersecurity strategy and business priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end planning, seamless execution, and delivery of large-scale, global projects across multiple time zones and business units.
• Manage interdependencies, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple teams - Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Manufacturing locations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as Asana, JIRA, or equivalent PM platforms.
• Ensure funding, resource planning, and vendor management at program scale.
• Develop and track program-level KPIs and benefits realization, focusing on risk reduction, compliance posture, and operational resilience.
• Establish and lead program governance, including decision-making frameworks, risk escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide executive-level reporting and briefings, translating technical progress into business impact for senior leadership ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Champion continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to refine future phases and enhance program maturity.
• Establish and lead program governance, including decision-making frameworks, risk escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive change management and communication strategy to ensure global adoption and stakeholder engagement.
