Senior Program Management Analyst

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support federal program operations through analytical and advisory services. The Senior Program Management Analyst will be responsible for evaluating program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, financial analysis, or operations research
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field required
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs preferred
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze program data related to cost, schedule, and performance
- Identify program issues and develop recommendations for improvement
- Support program planning and performance tracking activities
- Prepare reports and present findings to government stakeholders
- Assist in developing analytical models and evaluating program effectiveness
- Coordinate with program teams to support mission objectives
