About The Position
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support federal program operations through data analysis and performance evaluation. The Senior Program Management Analyst will be responsible for assessing program performance and providing recommendations that support mission success.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, cost analysis, or operations research
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field required
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs preferred
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze program data to assess performance
- Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve program outcomes
- Support program tracking and reporting activities
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to government stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to support program execution
