About The Position

Outpost Technologies is seeking a dedicated Senior Program Integrator (Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS)) to support a critical Department of War (DoW) program focused on C-UAS. This position will play a key role in multi-functional coordination among functional area considerations including engineering, logistics, business, and contracts to support effective program management and ensure successful delivery of weapon system capabilities within a larger system-of-systems architecture. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, critical analysis abilities, and a proven track record of credibility and support. The posted compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position. Actual pay will be determined by a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and alignment with internal compensation structures specific to government contracting requirements.

Requirements

US Citizenship
DoD Secret and/or Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
DAWIA Program Management Level 3 certification.
Master’s Degree with 10+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 18 years of experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.)
Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders
Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations
Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and goals
Provide comprehensive program coordination in support of the Program/Product Manager’s (PM) priorities and the overall Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) mission
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, business, and operations, to integrate system components seamlessly
Assist in navigating acquisition regulations and statutes to deliver weapon system capabilities
Support the PM in understanding, tailoring, and meeting the intent of DoW acquisition processes, policies, and regulations
Assist in the integration of diverse missile defense and integrated fires systems into a cohesive and effective system-of-systems architecture
Work closely with technical experts to ensure interoperability and synergy among different weapon systems and components
Identify and assess program risks related to integration, cost, schedule, and performance
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government representatives, contractors, and internal team members. Key stakeholders include Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), Futures and Concepts Command (FCC), ASA(ALT), Army Staff, ATEC, DOT&E, other Project/Product Offices within and external to PAE Fires, Army Materiel Command, and Army Contracting Command
Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and challenges, including Program Management Resource Toolset (PMRT), Monthly Acquisition Reporting (MAR)
Work closely with the finance team to monitor and control program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting requirements.
Ensure effective contract vehicle access to support mission requirements.
