Primary Responsibilities Support the Division Manager in planning, prioritization, and execution of division resources to enable informed, timely decision-making. Integrate and coordinate division plans and operations across programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and leadership direction. Lead coordination of major briefs and reviews with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring readiness, consistency, and clear messaging. Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, key reviews, risks, and action items; proactively identify issues and drive resolution. Clearly analyze, synthesize, and present complex information for senior leadership; engage effectively with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve stakeholder issues. Coordinate and implement corrective actions to address performance, schedule, or execution gaps. Own onboarding integration for new personnel, including coordination of VARs, seat and access requirements, distribution groups, and system enablement. Manage and maintain division collaboration tools and repositories, including SharePoint sites and distribution lists, to support effective information flow and team productivity. Execute operational and administrative functions to enable seamless division operations, including conference room booking, calendar management, meeting coordination, prioritizing duties, and ensuring leaders are prepared for key engagements. Serve as liaison between leadership, program teams, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment on priorities. Develop and refine internal workflows, templates, trackers, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction. Basic Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor's of Science or equivalent degree. Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a related job assignment or 2 years with MS degree. Candidate must have computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office application. Candidate must have strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work on as well as manage a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Candidate must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience program integration or business operations role. Familiarity with Army force protection, air and missile defense, or weapon systems programs. Experience supporting executive-level reviews, data calls, and senior leadership reporting. Background in program management, engineering, operations, or finance.
