The Global Clients Americas (GCA) Senior Program Director (SPD) serves as a senior-level strategic leader overseeing multiple global client programs or a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-level security strategy, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex, multinational environments. The SPD acts as a trusted advisor to client executives and internal leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk mitigation, and sustainable growth. This position provides thought leadership, governance, and advanced program oversight, bridging tactical execution and executive vision while embedding operational rigor and a growth mindset. Distinguishing Characteristics: Reporting to the GCA Vice President, with broader scope and authority across 3-5 GCA accounts leading 2-5 direct reports. Serves as a key influencer in global security strategy, technology integration, and client transformation initiatives. Provides leadership to Program Directors and regional teams, ensuring consistency and scalability of security programs worldwide.
