Job Description Develops, implements, plans, schedules and monitors department-specific programs designed to meet the needs of patients, families and community served. Requirements

  • 5 years of program coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in field appropriate to program assignment (additional training, education, and/or certification may be required with program assignment)
  • Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and delivery
  • Demonstrated project planning and project management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work effectively under deadlines, with multiple tasks, and with individuals representing all levels within the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • May require reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Personal organization and time management
  • Human relations and teamwork
  • Personal adaptability/motivation
  • Listening
