About The Position

Working directly with the Associate Administrator to prepare documentation or provide functional services for various program areas to support the accomplishment of each particular program objective as well as the overall department activities. Responsible for content and information to facilitate the development, coordination, and advice to staff regarding program policy. Plans, coordinates, and administers specific activities and tasks within assigned programs to include developing, implementing, and supervising related procedures, processes, services and systems. Facilitate the development, planning, coordination and implementation activities including, but not limited to, seminars, conferences, workshops, and other related programs; develops and coordinates new ideas and concepts for program themes, materials and resources to supplement, expand or replace existing program components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Business Mgmt or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum five years proven experience in health care
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong PC proficiency
