About The Position

Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government. MSRC is seeking a (full-time) Sr. Program Analyst to support Sr. Government Management at the Aviation Missile Center on Redstone Arsenal.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Preferred 20+ years of work experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Must be Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and TEAMS
Proficient in Defense Travel System Software
Proficient in Sharepoint
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

Communicate with Army Leader Stakeholders and support staff
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Prepare Government travel authorizations/vouchers utilizing Defense Travel Software
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Schedule meetings to include higher classification levels
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Facilitate meetings for offsites
Coordinate Awards through Human Resources
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and documentation
Communicates with vendors, partners, community liaisons, staff support, etc
