Requirements

  • BA/BS a minimum or 4+ years of additional relevant Program Analyst experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
  • Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents; implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars; handling incoming mail and other material; setting up and maintaining file systems; collating information; and maintaining databases.
  • Experience operating office equipment and managing office space.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provides essential support in program operational tasking, including Task Order (TO)-level deliverables, the creation of briefs and agendas for customer-facing meetings, and the maintenance and updating of operations schedules and customer data calls
  • Proficient in data entry and management, tracking and accountability of personnel, scheduling, travel arrangements, visa processing, and issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOA) and Common Access Cards (CAC)
  • Administrative skills and personnel management experience, with the ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with established internal processes and procedures
  • Support travel coordination and reporting
  • Engage with TO stakeholders to ensure required deliverables are tracked, updated, and delivered as required
  • Review contract documents, including terms and conditions, scope of work, deliverables, and pricing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to assist with the negotiation of contract terms, pricing, and conditions, under the direction of Senior Analysts
