About The Position

E-logic is seeking a Senior Program Analyst will provide programmatic support to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) , focusing on reporting, scheduling, documentation, and logistics to ensure alignment between technical performance and program requirements. The candidate will be willing to travel in different states like District of Colombia, Virginia, Maryland, California, Florida and Rhode Island. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

• 6 years of professional experience in IT and network acquisition, planning, logistics, enterprise architecture, and cost analysis.
• Required IAM III certification with T3 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track and report program performance metrics.
• Support acquisition, logistics, and IT asset management functions.
• Assist in preparing deliverables, cost estimates, and budget tracking.
• Provide analysis for decision-making and investment management.
• Coordinate responses to Government data calls and reporting requirements.
