Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMI-PMP cert
  • 8+ years of experience in program analysis, financial forecasting, and reporting within government contracting or large enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with financial tools (e.g., advanced Excel, ERP systems) and reporting for travel/trip management or task orders in IT services contexts
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
  • Strong understanding of federal financial regulations (e.g., FAR, DCAA compliance) and ITIL practices for service value management
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, high-stakes setting
  • Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience supporting DoD or large federal IT service contracts, including CONUS/OCONUS logistics and FinOps for cloud/IT resource optimization
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification, with focus on service financial management
  • Background in travel management systems (e.g., Concur) or task order administration in multi-agency environments
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Government Financial Manager - CGFM)
