Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
PMI-PMP cert
8+ years of experience in program analysis, financial forecasting, and reporting within government contracting or large enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with financial tools (e.g., advanced Excel, ERP systems) and reporting for travel/trip management or task orders in IT services contexts
Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
Strong understanding of federal financial regulations (e.g., FAR, DCAA compliance) and ITIL practices for service value management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, high-stakes setting
Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment

Nice To Haves

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience supporting DoD or large federal IT service contracts, including CONUS/OCONUS logistics and FinOps for cloud/IT resource optimization
ITIL 4 Foundation certification, with focus on service financial management
Background in travel management systems (e.g., Concur) or task order administration in multi-agency environments
Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Government Financial Manager - CGFM)
