1. Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements. Operational Excellence & Standardized Work: Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts. 3. Relationship Building & Communication: Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams. Act as a two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers. 4. Development & Coaching: Support peer team by training, coaching, and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors. 5. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving: Be highly committed to continuous improvement, applying innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset. Develop Kaizen projects to improve processes for material handling operations. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Manage and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the zone control center. 7.
