About The Position

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Support new product development readiness activities for the line team Ensure effective two-way communication between the production line team and cross-functional support teams Manage, motivate, develop, and involve product builders through coaching and performance management Ensure product builder training is effective & efficient and maintain training versatility across entire team Analyze build plan requirements and provide forward looking monthly production commitments Provide appropriate input into the long-term planning of the production area Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, hospitality management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 2 years people leadership or supervisory experience, including but not limited to hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development in manufacturing, operations, production, service, distribution, hospitality, or other fast-paced operational environments Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day operations with accountability for safety, quality, service, cost, staffing, and performance outcomes Proven ability to work in structured, process-driven environments and follow standard operating procedures Proficiency with basic computer systems and business tools (e.g., scheduling, reporting, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and align teams across shifts and functions Experience in a regulated environment Medical device industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Ability to be flexible and agile Ability to be a self-starter Direct or indirect leadership experience

Requirements
